Idea

I was finishing medical residency, was 30 lbs overweight, had my first son on the way and decided to improve my health/lose weight so I could be father and husband I wanted to be. So I got an idea:

Implementation

I started to remove processed foods, exercise efficiently, limit sugar/grains/carbs and embrace healthy fats.
